Florida Aquifer Vulnerability Assessment, Phase II

Introduction

Phase II of the Florida Aquifer Vulnerability Assessment project was completed September 2009. The main goals of this project were to refine statewide aquifer models for the Floridan, Intermediate and Surficial aquifer systems, and to develop new models of vulnerability for the Sand and Gravel and Biscayne aquifers, and the Floridan Aquifer System in Wakulla, Citrus, and Levy counties.
